Broncos Cut Chris Simms
The Broncos cut the veteran backup to make room for new quarterback Brady Quinn who Denver signed on Sunday

The Broncos have parted way with Chris Simms.
Denver released the veteran quarterback on Monday one day after the team traded for Brady Quinn.
Simms, who played in just two regular season games for the Broncos in 2009, was scheduled to make $2.54 million next season.
The Broncos now have three quarterbacks on the roster. Kyle Orton, Brady Quinn and Tom Brandstater.
