I believe the article should read - "Pueblo County Sheriff Kirk M. Taylor is asking for the public to help (find/locate/track down) 29-year-old Remundo Rivas, who is wanted on burglary and assault charges." I don't think the Pueblo County Sheriff would like the public to "help" Mr. Rivas, rather, assist in finding this individual. Funny how omitting one word from an article can completely change the meaning.
