Airline Competition

Denver-based Frontier Airlines is getting some competition for service between the Mile High City and the nation's capitol.

United Airlines has announced the launch of daily nonstop service between Denver International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

D-I-A's dominant carrier will offer one round-trip flight a day, departing Denver at 10:15 a-m and leaving Washington for Denver at five p-m.

Frontier offers at least three flights a day between the two airports.
