Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a Walgreens in Colorado Springs.

Officers tell us it happened a little after 8:30p.m. Tuesday on North Academy at North Carefree. It happened shortly after a liquor store was robbed in the same area.

Police say a male suspect acted as if he was making a purchase. While opening the cash drawer, the suspect committed a strong-armed type robbery, removing all the cash from the drawer. No weapon was seen and the cashier was not hurt.

A witness told police that he saw a Chevrolet pickup take off northbound on Academy.

Police say the suspect is described as Hispanic, 5 ft 7 inches, 145 lbs, late 30's, wearing a plaid sweater, a gray hood, and blue jeans.

If you know anything about this robbery, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.

Are you being sarcastic Dominic? Or do you seriously believe that?

It says "Hispanic", which everyone knows is a code word for illegal.

Criminals come from every "segment" of our society, and their motives range from hunger to desperation to laziness to pure greed. Automatically labeling this suspect as an "illegal" only shows your close-minded ignorance.
