Shots Fired Into Colorado Springs Home
While accumulating snow has ended for Colorado Springs and Pueblo, snow (heavy at times) will continue north and northeast of Colorado Springs. A strong north wind will also create areas of blowing and drifting snow along with reduced visibility in these areas A BLIZZARD WARNING remains in effect through tonight for Northern El Paso County northward to the Denver Metro Area. Travel is NOT advised in this area.

Shots Fired Into Colorado Springs Home
Police say early Tuesday morning two shots were fired into the front window of a Colorado Springs home on Brentwood Drive, near Pikes Peak Avenue and Circle Drive.

Police say early Tuesday morning two shots were fired into a Colorado Springs home on Brentwood Drive, near Pikes Peak Avenue and Circle Drive.

It happened about 3 a.m. on the 100 block of Brentwood Drive. Two shots were fired into the front window of the home and a third hit a truck outside the home. Three people were inside at the time, but no one was hurt.

Police say there is no suspect information at this time.

If you know anything about this incident, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers in the Springs at 634-STOP.

Boy, I just got home from work and went on my nightly walk around the block. The street light people must have hit mt street today, ALL 3 streetlights on my street have been disabled. Thank you, Colorado Springs, now my area is pitch black. Can't wait for the hoodlums to start prowling when summer comes.

I have been here for three years now and have noticed the crime getting alot worst. I hope the city will figure some out soon.
