A 29-year-old Pueblo woman who went missing nearly four months ago is still nowhere to be found.

Police say Jessica Ortiz disappeared in April and hasn't been seen since. Jessica's family is still holding onto hope. They believe she's still out there somewhere.

Ortiz's family says Jessica was last seen at a Pueblo pool hall called Classic Q's. Relatives say she vanished the night of April 7Th.

"It's not like her at all, " said Theresa Ortiz, Jessica's mom.

Jessica's mom says she hasn't had a good night's sleep since her little girl disappeared. Jessica's family refuses to sit back and wait for her to turn up so they've been posting her picture all over town in hopes someone will know something about where she might be.

Theresa Ortiz says, "Jessica please come home. We all love you. I love you with all my heart, you know that I do. Please come home to us. I'm just worried about you, please."

A mother's cry for help won't grow silent and a sister's stream of tears won't dry up until they get answers.

"Something is wrong with her. This is not like my sister. She would not stay away this long. I think something is wrong with her, something happened," said Jessica's sister, Melissa Bustamante.

Her family has a hunch her ex-boyfriend, who they say physically abused her, may have something to do with her disappearance.

"There was probably another argument and he thought he was going to hit her like he always does and he hit her the wrong way and has tried to hide it. That's what I think, " said Jessica's cousin April Sandoval.

Jessica Ortiz is around 5'3". She has long black hair and green eyes. She weighs about 115 pounds and has three tattoos. She has one on her neck that says, 'wade'. She has one on her ankle of a butterfly and one on her wrist with her name.

Police say they have no suspects or leads.

But if you've seen Jessica or have any clues, please call Crimestoppers in Pueblo at 542-STOP.
