The District Attorney's office has ruled a officer involved shooting justified.
On June 7th, Officer Nathan Gabrielson shot Patrick Holland in the head. Witnesses say Holland had pulled a gun on the officer at the intersection of Galley and Powers in Colorado Springs. Police say Holland was attempting to steal a car from a couple after he got into an accident and was linked to two robberies in the area earlier in the day.
