The U.S. Olympic Committee is facing a lawsuit. And it's not who you think it might be.
Tae Kwon Do national champion Charles Smith is suing the USOC for racial discrimination.
Smith is black. He claims the organization banned him from the training center and showed favoritism to white athletes. He says those actions prevented him from competing in Athens this summer.
The USOC says it suspended Smith for arguing with a security director and using another athlete's access card to get into the facility.
