Some folks in Pueblo are back in their homes after a car accident on Monday morning ruptured a gas line and caused an evacuation.
It happened at about 5:40a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Roselawn Road in Pueblo.
A car struck a gas meter which then ruptured a gas line causing the evacuation of four houses in the area.
No one was injured and the house right next to the gas meter is vacant.
Evacuees were allowed to return to their homes about two hours after the incident happened.
Police say the driver of the vehicle was driving too fast for current road conditions.
