Trip Cancellation

Senator John Kerry is paying his respects to the Reagan family by cancelling his campaign trip to Colorado.

The Democratic candidate was planning to arrive in Denver Sunday to speak on Monday. But, because of the former President's death, he's temporarily postponed his campaign. Kerry hasn't decided yet when it will resume.

Kerry's already scheduled to make another trip to the state later this month.

His spokesman says Colorado is considered a battle-ground state.
