Lewis Welshofer told The Associated Press that some people have an agenda and he is not going to talk about the case.
The Denver Post reported Saturday morning that Welshofer is among two chief warrant officers military authorities are investigating.
Officials at Fort Carson have already confirmed some of their troops are being questioned about what happened while they were in Iraq.
Welshofer says he did nothing wrong.
