Reports say suspended University of Colorado football coach Gary Barnett will get his job back after agreeing to several conditions -- but the status of his boss is still unclear.
Barnett agreed with CU President Elizabeth Hoffman on terms of his reinstatement late yesterday.
The station says those conditions include additional education on handling alleged sexual assault and sexual harassment cases.
CU Athletic Director Dick Tharp has reportedly not yet agreed to conditions set forth by Hoffman.
A story in today's Rocky Mountain News indicated Hoffman would place the athletic department under stricter oversight.
