Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin made her big appearance on Tuesday night in Colorado Springs promoting her book, "Going Rogue."

Palin spent hours signing autographs at the Borders book store at the Chapel Hills Mall.

Hundreds, if not, thousands stood in line for hours to get a look and an autograph on a copy of her book. "We got here at 5:30 a.m.," said Virginia Curtiss, a fan of Sarah Palin.

Everyone was waiting for their big moment with her. "I always wanted to meet her," said one man in line.

And with that chance, what does one say? "Um, are there even words?" said Curtiss.

Many described their face to face experience with the former vice presidential candidate as surreal and better than they expected. "I thought we were just going to get ushered in like, I don't know, like cattle," said Curtiss.

Pictures and personal hand written messages were not allowed, but we met one man who seemed to be the exception to that rule. "My daughter just happened to mention it and she signed happy birthday and my name," said Larry Holtegaard, a fan of Sarah Palin.

Not only were Sarah Palin and her husband meeting and greeting the fans, so was her aunt Katie Johnson. She jokingly said Sarah can thank her for her success. "I'm the one who used to spank her as a kid and teach her everything she knows," said Johnson.

Palin ended up hanging around until 9:00 p.m., a total of about four hours, signing copies of her book.

Since November 18th Palin has visited more than 20 cities in more than 15 states promoting the new book.

Why does Bailin' Palin keep going where she's not wanted? She's a quitter and she won't answer questions from her supposedly "adoring public" or anyone else, about anything. I hope to god she stays out of politics and the state of Colorado from now on.

Obama inherited the vast majority of the huge national debt from Bush. It's a factual impossibility for a president, no matter who that person is, to just snap his or her fingers and erase debt. It just isn't possible, folks. So yes, Obama went into more debt, but only because his goal is to create new incentive programs for businesses and citizens alike, so this country can get back on track. It's a painful process and one that draws criticism, but I feel that President Obama is doing the best he can considering the awful mess he inherited from the previous administration.

I should've known how you Dems operate, we're now back to the blame Bush game. Do you people ever take responsibility for anything? Fredom of speech is only free as long as it's what you people want to hear. Martinez you must watch Fox News daily since you know so much about them. Bama is not fit for the JOB period.
