Volunteers who fanned out across the desert this spring in search of a missing mother and daughter are
forming an organization for missing children.
The volunteers say they wanted to do something to remember
Jennifer Blagg and her 6-year-old daughter Abby.
Four members of the group recently traveled to Salt Lake City to
help in the search for 14-year-old Elizabeth Smart.
The group hopes to raise 10-thousand dollars by September and be ready to respond quickly to reports of missing children.
Jennifer Blagg's body was found in the Mesa County Landfill on
June 4 and her daughter is still missing and presumed dead.
