Military Plane Lands Safely After Losing An Engine
Fire crews were on the runway Thursday night at Colorado Springs airport as a C-130 military plane landed following a malfunction in one of four engines.

Fire crews were on the runway Thursday night at Colorado Springs airport as a C-130 military plane landed following a malfunction in one of four engines.

The plane reported the engine trouble around 7:20 p.m. Thursday, and was able to make a safe landing around 7:45 p.m. There were 12 people aboard the plane.

No other immediate details about why the plane malfunctioned was released by Springs Airport officials or the military.
