The man accused of killing a 16 year old Colorado Springs girl in 2000 will be tried for a third time.
A judge has cleared the way for a felony murder trial in the case of 26 year old Anthony Jimenez. He is accused of kidnapping and murdering 16 year old Jennifer Baker.
Back in March, jurors found Jimenez guilty of second degree murder, but acquitted him of first degree murder. Additionally, they failed to reach a verdict on accessory charges.
Jimenez's first trial ended in a mistrial because of juror misconduct.
