Unemployment lines in Colorado may be getting a little shorter.
The state's jobless rate dropped to its lowest level in 2 years. The unemployment figure was 4.9% in March, dropping from 5.5% in February and 6.1% in the same time last year.
Job gains are coming from across the board in nearly every industry.
The biggest gain is in professional and business services which added 53 hundred new jobs.
El Paso County's unemployment rate stands at 5.3%. Pueblo is at 7.1% and Las Animas County stands at 4.2%.
