It's the biggest one-week increase in young deaths from swine flu since the pandemic began in April.

Health officials say at least 19 more American children have died from swine flu complications. That brings the total to at least 114.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that swine flu is widespread now in all but two states. Health officials estimate that many millions of Americans have been infected, though most suffer only mild illness.

Meanwhile, the government is releasing the last of its stockpile of liquid Tamiflu for children, because of reported shortages.
