Janine D'Anniballe is head of the Moving to End Sexual Assaults organization in Boulder.

She says confidentiality rules prevent her from giving details, but the reports AND the alleged attacks all came within the last three months.

D'Anniballe made her comments Tuesday during a public hearing of a panel investigating the school's recruiting scandal.

Before Tuesday, there had been eight separate rape accusations against CU football players since 1997.

No charges have been filed in any of the cases.

Also at Tuesday's meeting, a committee member on the panel investigating the University of Colorado says there's a strong indication university officials knew recruits had easy access to alcohol.

Commissioner Jean McAllister says there's a strong indication that people at the university knew underage recruits had access to alcohol during school visits.
