Skier Faces New Charges

A man convicted of criminally negligent homicide for killing a skier on the slopes is facing new charges for a probation violation.

Twenty five year old Nathan Hall is accused of failing to pay $18,000 in restitution to 33 year old Alan Cobb's family. Cobb died after the April 1997 crash on Vail Mountain.

Hall faces up to three years in prison if he's convicted on the new charges.
