Tuesday marks voting day in the state's estimated 35 hundred caucuses.
Republicans and Democrats will pick delegates to send to the upcoming statewide convention which, in turn, will choose which Senate candidates get on the primary ballot in August and who will go to the national political conventions.
Because state lawmakers voted to get rid of the Presidential primary this year for money reasons, delegates to the Presidential nominating conventions will be chosen by the caucus system for the first time since 1988.
