The alleged victim in the Kobe Bryant sexual assault case is scheduled to appear in court in Eagle on Wednesday. It will be the first time the 19-year-old woman has seen Bryant since their encounter at the hotel where she worked June 30th.
Bryant has said he had consensual sex with the woman that day, but she says it was rape.
The woman will testify behind closed doors for defense attorneys who want her sexual history introduced as evidence. They say injuries discovered after her encounter with Bryant could have been caused by another man, and that she may have had a plan to accuse Bryant -- possibly to get the attention of an ex-boyfriend.
