The owners of 3 pit bulls that attacked and killed an Elbert County woman now face up to 9 years in prison.
Jacqueline McCuen and her boyfriend, William Gladney, are charged with criminally negligent homicide and unlawful ownership of a dangerous animal.
Last November, Jennifer Brooke was attacked and mauled to death by the dogs, which were later shot and killed.
Both owners are due in court March 10th.
