After a mild Saturday, temperatures to finish the weekend will be MUCH colder! A system to our west pushes into SE Colorado overnight. Snow showers will be possible by early Sunday morning across the I-25 corridor with a change to rain and snow showers through the afternoon. Accumulation should be minimal as most moisture looks to be light and temperatures will warm into the upper 30s and 40s through the afternoon, though areas in higher elevations could see 1-2". District Attorney Mark Hurlbert says the woman would suffer
irreparable harm if the hearing is allowed to continue, by forcing
her to testify about private matters protected under the state's
The 19-year-old woman is scheduled to testify at a hearing March
24th and 25th in Eagle County District Court. The hearing will
focus on her sexual activities from the summer of 2002 to August
Hurlbert says the defense will claim that if the woman said yes
to other sexual partners, it's more likely she said yes to Bryant.
He says the rape-shield law is designed to prevent that.
