A 17-year-old girl says she was attacked on the academy grounds
by a student at the prep school over the weekend. The school helps
promising candidates meet the academy's entrance standards.
Academy Superintendent, Lieutenant General John Rosa Junior,
says the teen reported the incident to Colorado Springs police, who
contacted the academy.
Dozens of current and former female cadets have said they were
sexually assaulted at the academy.
They also said they were punished for minor infractions or
forced to resign if they reported the incidents, and that their
assailants were punished lightly, if at all.
