A big legal hurt for one of the drivers in Friday's street-racing accident.
Police say 18-year-old Travis Lavely was drinking and racing through Constitution Avenue, sometimes taking up both traffic lanes and going east on westbound lanes.
Lavely eventually lost control and knocked out an electrical pole, knocking power out to about 300 residents.
He and 2 female passengers were thrown from his gray Chevy truck but no one was seriously injured.
Officers say the teen was going 65-in a 35 mile per-hour zone. He will also face charges of not wearing a seat belt and reckless driving
