Gas prices in the U.S. are on the rise again.
The national average for a gallon of gas jumped more than 3 and a half cents during the past 3 weeks.
The national average is a $1.68 per gallon.
Since late December, retail prices have climbed more than 17 cents a gallon.
OPEC's decision to cut oil production and cold weather are several factors responsible for the latest price increase.
It's believed prices have peaked and may fall soon.
