Gas Prices in Colorado

Colorado motorists are paying more for gasoline just weeks after the lowest prices in two years.

A Colorado Automobile Association spokesman said it is not unusual for prices to spike at this time of year the hear.

Eric Escudero said prices have risen 12 cents in the past week alone.

The state average is two dollars and 38 cents, two cents below the national average.
