Six Fort Carson soldiers were wounded in an explosion last week in Iraq.
One of the soldiers, 21 year old Sergeant Mark Ecker, lost both feet.
He was hospitalized at Walter Reed in Washington, D.C.
Two of the other five wounded soldiers suffered life-threatening injuries.
