A judge has given the OK to raze an apartment building that burned in Colorado Springs last month, leaving two people dead and hundreds homeless.
The judge says the property manager can begin razing the building Friday.
A court order had barred a demolition so evidence could be preserved.
Five people face charges stemming from the fire January 16th.
Police arrested 23-year-old Derrick "Nicky" Johnson and 36-year-old Gene Johnson on suspicion of setting the blaze.
They are due in court to be charged March 7th.
Three other people are suspected of being accessories.
Twenty-six-year-old Patrick Lewis, 24-year-old Eric M. Johnson and 31-year-old Sean Lovelace are due in court April 6th.
