The man police believe killed a fast food restaurant employee last October will make his first appearance in court Monday.
Twenty-two-year-old Tecarrra Graham, a Fort Carson soldier, was arrested yesterday along with 3 other men for a string of robberies and a home invasion.
Upon his arrest, police felt they had reason to believe Graham was involved in a shooting of Robert Vigill. The 35-year-old was gunned down as he was biking home from work on the evening of Oct. 7. Police also say the other 3 men may have been involved in the murder as well.
