It's being called a business blockbuster.

JP Morgan Chase is buying Bank One for about $58 billion.

If approved, the merger would create the nation's second biggest
banking behemoth.

Bank One has more than 70 Colorado locations.

The merged bank would take the name of J-P Morgan Chase and be
based in New York.

It would have assets of one-point-one (t) trillion dollars, with 23-hundred branches in 17 states.
