Adelphia Nominations

Anthony Kronman, the dean of Yale Law since 1994, is an expert
on legal ethics, bankruptcy and corporate governance. Adelphia also

board that has replaced one controlled by the company's ousted
founder, John Rigas.
Coudersport-based Adelphia filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
protection in June. Rigas and two sons who had served as Adelphia
executives were arrested in July. They are charged with using
company funds to help pay for personal interests
