Michael Jackson has been formally charged with repeatedly molesting a cancer-stricken boy.
Two more charges allege he gave the boy an intoxicating agent that sources say was wine to enable the molestation.
Jackson's attorney says the pop star will fight child molestation charges against him ``with every fiber of his soul.''
Santa Barbara County District Attorney Tom Sneddon has agreed to
delay Jackson's arraignment a week, until January 16th. He has also
agreed to return the entertainer's passport in order to allow
Jackson to travel to Britain on Saturday.
However, Sneddon says any suggestions that the delay indicates a weakness are categorically false.
