(Seattle-AP) -- The brother of man arrested in Denver as part of a federal terrorist investigation says he is being used as a scapegoat for officials desperate to identify terrorists.
James Ujaama was arrested in Denver on July 22nd and is now being held as a material witness in a Virginia jail. Federal authorities say they believe he took computer equipment to an al-Qaida terrorist camp in Afghanistan.

says that makes him an easy target in the terrorism investigation.
