One of El Paso Counties Most Wanted fugitives is now off the streets according to District Attorney Dan May.

Bradley Mitchell, 44, was captured in Montague, California Thursday. Mitchell was convicted of attempted murder and kidnapping back in 1986. He never appeared for his sentencing after being released on bond.

Authorities say Mitchell was able to evade capture by hopping from state to state concealing his identity.
