Pubelo police are looking for a man who stabbed a Pepsi employee while she was on her route.
Twenty-two year old Hanah Elliott is back at work, less than two weeks after a total stranger approached her, asked her for money and stabbed her. The incident happened last Monday, while she was delivering soda to a local bar. Elliott says the man followed her all morning in a green four door Subaru without a front license plate. She then notified her boss, her parents and the police.
While Elliott was on her cell phone with the 911 dispatcher when she was confronted, and stabbed outside the broken dollar bar at the intersection of Lake and Highland. "All he said was give me your money," says Elliott, but, she adds, she had no money to give him.
Police have no leads on the suspect in the stabbing. He's described as an Hispanic male, about 6' tall with a thin build, short hair and around 25 years old. The man was wearing wire rim glasses.
