Kobe Bryant Decision

The judge in the Kobe Bryant case has dealt a blow to the NBA Superstar's defense team.
Judge Frederic Gannet ruled that Bryant's accuser wouldn't have to testify during next week's preliminary hearing. He also opened the hearing to the public and turned down defense requests to see the woman's medical records.
Legal Analysts predict that because of these rulings, the defense will probably waive the hearing and head straight to trial. It's because they would not be getting anything out of the hearing.
