A 22-year-old man is facing attempted first-degree murder charges after allegedly firing at officers responding to a call about a suicidal man.
Police responded just after 5:30 Tuesday night to a home where Dario Murphy was holed up.
Authorities say Murphy stuck his arm out the door with a gun and fired two rounds at officers, who returned fire but missed the suspect.
Police say Murphy then threw his gun out the door, and obeyed orders to leave the house.
He was arrested without further incident, and no one was hurt.
