Snow showers will be possible across the I-25 corridor to start the day. This system will produce bands of snow through the day Monday. Charges against nine people arrested for participting in an anti-war demonstration at Peterson Air Force Base back in February have been dropped.
A Colorado Springs judge dismissed the charges, because Springs Police were out of their jurisdiction when the arrests were made.
The protesters were arrested February 15th near Peterson after deliberately passing through the gates.
Sheriff's deputies say they told police the protesters had moved into county territory before the arrests.
The protest coincided with similar demonstrations against the war in Iraq nationwide.
