A woman is in critical condition Monday morning after falling off the side of a canyon.
It happened Sunday near Burt Mill Road in Beulah. The 54-year-old woman was hiking with her friend and her daughter when she attempted to climb down the cliff.
Fire and emergency services launched a medical team to rappel down the canyon wall to rescue the woman. She was taken by helicopter to a Pueblo hospital.
