The NBA star is charged with raping a 19-year-old woman June
30th in his suite at a mountain resort in Edwards.
Bryant has said the two had consensual sex.
His lawyers want several records from police including
recordings of 911 calls made from the home of the accuser.
An earlier request from the Vail Daily newspaper for the same
911 records was rejected.
The judge said the intensely personal material would subject
the woman to harassment and abuse if it were released.
An attorney for the police department says releasing the 911
records to Bryant's attorneys now would violate that order.
