It's official :
Congressman Scott Mcinnis will not be running again for Congress.
He currently represents Colorado's 3rd District which includes Pueblo, the San Luis Valley, the lower Arkansas River Valley and the Western Slope..
He's been in the seat since 1992 .... 11 years in office ... but believes it's time to move on.
The Congressman says someone else will take his place and do a good job for the state.
But there's also speculation the Congressman might run for governor in 2006.
