Snow showers will be possible by early Sunday morning across the I-25 corridor with a change to rain and snow showers through the afternoon. Accumulation should be minimal as most moisture looks to be light and temperatures will warm into the upper 30s and 40s through the afternoon, though areas in higher elevations could see 1-2". The main impact will be the cold along with winds gusting up to 40 mph at times. Click on the 'Weather' tab for more...
A battle over a new Republican-backed congressional redistricting law l goes to the Colorado Supreme Court Monday
During the three hour session, justices will hear arguments on two key points. The first is whether redistricting is allowed to happen more than once each decade. The second is a dispute over whether the state's Democratic state attorney general can sue a state officer he's obligated to represent to block the plan.
Politicians across the country will be paying attention. If the law is upheld, other states may start redrawing district lines in between each election, doing away with the idea of relatively stable congressional districts.
