645 pounds... That's how much one local man's Halloween pumpkin weighs. The other pumpkin weighs in at 594 pounds. James Kane started growing them in the summer. He says it takes great seeds, good weather and lots of love. "I took first place on 14th of October in Littleton. I wasn't the biggest in Colorado, but the 3rd biggest in state this year."
The pumpkins were turned into jack-o-lanterns tonight and they'll be out in front of Kane's house on East San Miguel for the next couple of weeks.
