PSI is the OUTSOURCED agency that collects child support for El Paso and Teller Counties. And yes, PSI is pretty well known for hiring people who do this. They are totally inept and can't even do simple accounting. This doesn't surprise me at all. Usually they keep it hush hush, so I'm glad this finally came out. Your taxdollars being wasted by the way. Trust me, plenty of people who are supposed to RECEIVE child support have problems with this company as well. What a joke. I hope she gets convicted and PSI starts doing background check. If they did background checks and drug testing, HALF OF THEIR STAFF WOULD LOSE THEIR JOBS. Not kidding. I know because I work there...

These are my brothers, and I am infuriated that this happened to them. I am sure they're not the only ones! I hope she goes to prison and has a long time to think about what she's done.

This story is just one of many that are out there in the working world today. I suspect we are only hearing about fraction of this type of employee. There are way too many people whom are abusing their job in one way or another when their are so many honest people who are out of work and could use the job this lady is abusing. All too often it is the honest working employee that is let go from a job and the person who is able to 'pull the wool over' the bosses eyes is retained. I would be more than thrilled to have this persons job and be able to pass any background check to back it up. Why are so many companies keeping employees like this one and laying off productive ones? There is more of a story here, than just this lady, if you look into it.
