Murderer Sentencing

Monday is sentencing day for the last of three former high school students convicted of killing a classmate and his grandparents.

21 year-old Jonathan Matheny can face up to 80-years in prison after he pled guilty to 3 counts of conspiracy to commit murder in October.

He admitted he was involved in the 2001 slayings of 15 year-old Tony Dutcher of Colorado Springs and his grandparents, Carl and Joanna.

Matheny and 18 year-old Isaac Grimes killed the three at the orders of Simon Sue as part of a test of their loyalty to a secret paramilitary group called the "Operations and Reconnaissance Agents".
