Cannibal Evaluation

The state will evaluate on Monday whether or not a cannibal will be set free.

Carolyn Gloria Blanton shot her boyfriend, Peter Green and prepared human stew out of him 10 years ago.

A jury found her not guilty by reason of insanity after she was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic.

She's been locked up at the Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo ever since.

If set free, Blanton would still have to undergo four hours of mental health treatment every week.
