I-25 near Fountain is open again after a HAZMAT accident forced it to be closed this morning.
Colorado state patrol officials say a car rear-ended an oil tanker near 2:30 this morning spilling road tack onto the highway.
It is water soluble.
But all southbound lanes near mile marker 133 near fountain will be closed throughout the morning rush hour while crews work to clean it up.
State patrol say alcohol was a major factor in the accident. One person was taken to memorial hospital with injuries.
