That's the plea deal twenty-one-year-old Simon Ewing Sue reached for three counts of conspiracy and one count of organized crime.

He was accused of convincing two teenage boys to kill a
classmate and his grandparents on New Year's Eve 2000. Sue was out of the country when the slayings occurred and later pleaded guilty to reduced charges.

Prosecutors say Sue ordered the crime to test the loyalty of
members of a small, secretive group of students at his Colorado
Springs school.
